Jennifer B. McIntyre joined the Law Department of The Boeing Company in January 2010. For more than eight years, she served as Chief Counsel, Government Operations, providing legal advice and counsel to Boeing’s Government Operations team on matters related to advocacy before Congress, the Executive Branch, and state and local governments; campaign finance; regulatory affairs; legal policy; and litigation.
Earlier this year, Ms. McIntyre took on a new role as Chief Counsel, Autonomous Systems, a division within Boeing Defense, Space & Security that focuses on autonomous technologies, intelligence capabilities and networking solutions from seabed to space. In this role, she is responsible for all legal advice and counsel across the division.
Before joining Boeing, Ms. McIntyre served in the George W. Bush Administration for 7 years, first in the U.S. Department of Justice as Counsel to the Associate Attorney General, then at The White House as Associate Counsel to the President, and finally at the U.S. Department of Transportation as Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to government service, Ms. McIntyre worked in private practice in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis, and as a law clerk to The Honorable Kenneth Ripple of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Ms. McIntyre graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Economics, and earned her law degree from Harvard Law School. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband and three young children.
