Jeff is a Director in Edgemoor’s Costa Mesa, California office.  Edgemoor typically acts as the in-house development partner for Clark Construction working with public agencies to secure financing, achieve entitlements and drive integrated product delivery for civil and social infrastructure.  Edgemoor and its affiliated companies have successfully executed over several turn-key developments and public private partnerships across the United States.  These include projects such as the Sandler Neurosciences Center at UCSF and the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse in Long Beach, which is the first performance based social infrastructure project in the United States.

Jeff has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of a variety of real estate transactions over the last 17 years.  Prior to Joining Edgemoor, Jeff ran his own real estate advisory and brokerage firm where he served a number of clients, including pension funds, international banks and high net worth individuals.  Previously, Jeff was a Vice President at Hackman Capital Partners where he was involved in the acquisition and management of over 15 million SF of office and industrial space acquired and through a variety of complex deal structures.  Jeff is also a former CPA and served a variety of real estate development clients with KPMG in Vancouver.  Jeff holds a BA from the University of Montana and an MBA from Stanford.
