Jeanne graduated from Boston University School of Law and has held various positions with GE in the areas of labor, employment and benefits law.  She also did a cross-functional assignment as an HR generalist in GE Corporate Human Resources.

In her current position as Executive Counsel-Labor & Employment Law, Jeanne specializes in giving employment law advice and counsel to HR managers and lawyers in both Corporate and across the GE businesses.  She works closely with HR compliance to ensure fair employment practices (including counseling re: OFCCP developments and audits), Executive Development, and diversity leaders across GE.   She is primarily responsible for L&E regulatory advocacy efforts, working with GE’s Government Affairs & Policy group, on behalf of GE’s L&E Practice Group.

Jeanne is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section.  She is a new member on the Advisory Board to the American Employment Law Council.  She served as Chair of the EEAC Board of Directors, a non-profit organization in Washington, DC focused primarily on educating its ~285 company members on complying with equal opportunity and affirmative action laws.  She currently serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the McGivney Community Center in Bridgeport, CT.

She is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and as Authorized In-House Counsel in Connecticut.

Jeanne is a native of upstate New York and enjoys kayaking, swimming, volunteer work, skiing, and leisure travel.  She is married, has five children and a dog, and lives in Weston, CT and Saratoga Springs, NY.
