Jason is an audit partner in the Los Angeles office of Moss Adams LLP, and began his accounting and consulting experience in 1996. His focus is on auditing middle-market technology, manufacturing and distribution, and entertainment companies, whether publicly traded or owned by private equity or venture capital. His experience includes two years as a professional accounting fellow in the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC in Washington, DC, reviewing registrants periodic and registration filings.  His fellowship gave him valuable experience with the commission’s evolving policies and procedures resulting from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Jason brings particularly deep expertise in SEC reporting for mutli-national companies with issues of revenue recognition, share-based compensation, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, intangible assets, business combinations, and convertible debt.

Jason received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.  He has periodically written questions for the Uniform CPA Exam, but more importantly enjoys traveling with family, water sports, and carpentry.
