Ms. Sullivan is eDiscovery Counsel & Director of Litigation Support at White & Case LLP.

Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Sullivan was the Manager of Litigation & Practice Support for Sidley Austin LLP's New York office. Her responsibilities included supervision and coordination of the New York team of practice support professionals, eDiscovery consultants and paralegals. She provided both internal and client-facing consulting services relating to eDiscovery. Prior to Sidley, Ms. Sullivan was a Senior Manager in the Discovery practice of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP. Ms. Sullivan assisted in-house and outside counsel with consultative services regarding gathering and analyzing "big data" in a multitude of contexts. She led a number of project teams across a broad range of industries, including assisting with litigations and investigations involving the medical device, pharmaceutical, financial services, banking, oil and gas, and consumer products industries.

Ms. Sullivan has 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer representing corporate clients in complex litigations in the federal and state courts. Ms. Sullivan is a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Product Liability and Toxic Tort Section, a former Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, and a former Adjunct Professor of Legal Reasoning and Writing at New York Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.
