Jane Tse is Special Counsel in the Private Client Group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, resident in the New York office.  Ms. Tse has more than twenty years' experience in tax-oriented estate planning, both international and domestic.

Ms. Tse received a JD in 1980 from Columbia Law School and a BA in 1977 from Vassar College.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New York (1981).
