Jim Pingeon is the Litigation Director at Prisoners’ Legal Services of Massachusetts.  He began representing prisoners on a pro-bono basis as an associate at a large Boston firm in 1983.  Since then, he has handled numerous law suits seeking prison reform including many class actions, in both state and federal courts.
