James is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice.  He has over 17 years of professional services experience ranging from leading enterprise software implementations to managing electronic discovery activities for E&Y clients in the consumer products, life sciences, energy, automotive, and airline industries.  He is also the FIDS team lead for Forensic Data Analytics (FDA) in the Southwest Region.

James specializes in legal technology services including data analytics, discovery response planning, and electronic discovery management.  He has significant experience managing electronic discovery engagements supporting civil and criminal litigation and internal investigations domestically as well as in Canada, Central Europe, and East Asia.  In addition, James has managed a number of engagements involving the development of corporate discovery response programs and the data mapping of Electronically Stored Information in the pharmaceutical, real estate, energy, and financial services industries.

James is a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences providing insight on the use of data analytics to detect and prevent fraud and trends and innovation for electronic discovery services.  He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and an Electronic Records Management Specialist (ERMs). He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
