James Landau, a member of the Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, has over 20 years of commercial litigation experience in New York, having spent the bulk of his career at Proskauer Rose LLP and Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP. Mr. Landau has represented individuals and companies of all sizes in a broad range of matters, including commercial real estate litigation, commercial collection work, bankruptcy litigation, intellectual property litigation, non-compete and employment-related disputes, partnership dissolution proceedings and mortgage foreclosure actions.

Mr. Landau is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Western District of New York; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Mr. Landau received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1985 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.
