Jaime de la Torre specializes in securitization transactions, including offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities and commercial real estate collateralized debt obligations. He also specializes in national fixed-yield issues (mortgage and public-sector backed covered bonds, debentures and warrants) and international issues (Euro medium-term notes and preferred stock), financing acquisitions, project finance, and matters related to regulatory banking and finance law, as well as distressed transactions.

Mr. de la Torre is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and is a solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales. He received a Bachelor of Laws, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master’s in Business Legal Consultancy, Instituto de Empresa.
