Jack Radke is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Owens-Illinois, Inc., the world’s largest glass container manufacturer which is headquartered in Perrysburg, Ohio.  He oversees the global ethics and compliance function for O-I, including legal, regulatory and reputational risks facing the Company.  Previously, he was the Chief Ethics Officer for UnitedHealth Group and the Director of Ethics for H.J. Heinz Company where he built Heinz’s global ethics program.  He has more than twenty five years of experience in ethics and compliance.

Jack has been a lawyer in private practice and as in-house counsel for twenty years with H.J. Heinz Company.  In addition to compliance, his background is in mergers and acquisitions and securities law.

Jack has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching business ethics at the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University.  He has been a guest lecturer at various universities.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association and served as its Vice Chair.

Jack has a Bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from Princeton University.  He has a Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s School of Law and its J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
