Mark Poerio is a senior counsel in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings, and co-chairs its Global Compensation, Benefits, and ERISA practice. For more than 25 years, Mr. Poerio has been in private practice with a focus on executive compensation, employee benefit, and fiduciary matters, especially from a business, governance, tax, securities, and litigation perspective.

Mark also teaches at Georgetown Law – with one course having focused on executive compensation and governance, and the other having focused on the design of benefit plans and employment-related agreements. Associated with this, he maintains websites that regularly provide updates about new developments (see www.executiveloyalty.org re executive compensation, and www.erisacloud.com re employee benefits).
