Irina Shelest

Irina Shelest is a Legal Lead for North America’s Resources operating unit at Accenture, a global management consulting and professional services company that provides strategy, digital, consulting, technology and operations services, which more than 394,000 employees servicing clients in more than 120 countries.   In her role, she serves as a trusted advisor and provides legal advice and guidance to senior business leadership on legal and contracting matters.  She also oversees deal shaping and negotiations for some of Accenture’s most complex transactions and is responsible for supervising a team of legal professionals providing legal support in client-facing transactions across North America’s Resources clients.   Irina enjoys building relationships with her clients, learning from them and from her teammates, developing new skills every day, and taking on new challenges.  Prior to joining Accenture in 2007, Irina practiced law as a transactional attorney focused on health care law at Arnstein & Lehr.   Irina earned a bachelor degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. In Irina’s free time, she looks for opportunities to do volunteer work, mentors others, and spends time with her family.
