Hon. William Cahill (ret.) has been a full time neutral since 2000 and is well known nationally for his preparation, adaptability, fairness and neutrality.  Judge Cahill has successfully mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases, including business and contract disputes, securities matters, class actions, insurance, real property, engineering and infrastructure, employment, intellectual property, and legal and other professional malpractice matters.
