Hilda has served as lead trial lawyer for technology companies in some of their most important intellectual property matters. Hilda has repeatedly been ranked and selected by numerous publications, including The Best Lawyers in America (2006 to present), Dallas Business Journal (2010) as one of only 15 top business defense lawyers in North Texas profiled in "The Defenders," Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2004 to present), and IAM Patent Litigation (2011 to present), as one of the top intellectual property litigators in Texas. IAM's 2012 edition singled out Hilda's national reputation for "dynamic advocacy skills."
