Don H. Liu is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Xerox Corporation. Reporting directly to Ursula M. Burns, Chairman and CEO of Xerox, Mr. Liu oversees the legal affairs of the corporation. He is also responsible for the corporate security, Xerox's ethics program, the Xerox Foundation, government affairs and public policy activities on domestic and international fronts.

During 2014, the National Law Journal named Mr. Liu among "America's 50 Outstanding General Counsel." He also received the "Legend in Law" award from the Burton Foundation and the Library of Congress. Of special significance to Mr. Liu, the Asian American Bar Association of New York established the Don Liu Scholarship Program. It identifies, cultivates, inspires and helps fund future Asian American leaders of the legal profession. This effort aligns with Mr. Liu's own dedication to mentoring and supporting the Asian American legal community.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Liu and his family immigrated to the U.S. in 1972. He earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College. He was a Law Clerk to Justice Stewart G. Pollock at the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He serves as vice chairman of the Asian American Diversity Advisory Council for Comcast Corporation and is affiliated with numerous professional and non-profit organizations, including Minority Corporate Counsel Association, National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel and Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
