Greg L. Szczesny is a New York City-based managing director in PwC's Risk Assurance practice with 20 years of experience in supply chain operations and regulatory compliance focused in the diversified industrials, pharmaceutical /medical device and retail and consumer sectors.

Greg specializes in assisting clients develop and implement due diligence programs that enable compliance with the Conflict Minerals provision (§1502) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. He has led comprehensive end-to-end conflict minerals compliance assessments and due diligence initiatives across multiple industries. He has coached clients on conflict minerals engagements from corporate strategy development, supplier due diligence planning and execution, internal and external training management, to draft disclosure statement development. Greg frequently speaks at industry and client forums and is often quoted in various print and on-line journals on the conflict minerals regulatory provisions and how to implement practical approaches to developing enterprise-wide compliance programs. Greg earned his undergraduate degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and completed his MBA with a concentration in finance from Auburn University.
