Greg is Area Managing Counsel at salesforce.com, inc. where he manages a team of legal professionals who support Salesforce’s enterprise, commercial and Marketing Cloud sales organizations. Prior to joining Salesforce, Greg was Head of Legal, US and Canada at BT Americas, Inc. where he handled a variety of matters related to BT’s expanding Global Services products. Greg joined BT from North America LiveCareer, where he served as General Counsel. Before joining LiveCareer, Greg worked for AT&T in San Francisco and then New York as a Senior Attorney handling both regulatory matters and negotiating business-to-business contracts. He also worked for Proskauer Rose LLP in New York as a litigation associate for five years immediately after concluding his federal District Court clerkship.

Outside of work, Greg has a long history of involvement in the non-profit sector. He is presently on the Executive Committee (and past Chair) of the New York State Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Section and on the Board of the LeGaL Foundation. In the past he has chaired the Duke Alumni Advisory Admissions Committee; Chaired the Corporate Committee for Miracle House; served on the Board of Directors of Academy of Friends, a San Francisco organization that funds local HIV/AIDS organizations and on the Board of Directors of Treatment Action Group, an independent AIDS research and policy think tank. Greg also Chaired the NYSBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (now Section).

Greg lives in Maplewood, NJ with his partner, their eight year old son and five year old daughter. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law Center and Duke University.
