Graham is a Principal in the Chicago office of KPMG LLP's Forensic Advisory Services practice, where he leads the KPMG Midwest Forensic practice.  In addition, Graham is KPMG Forensic's National and Global Industry Coordinator. 

Graham has been responsible for conducting numerous financial investigations that have included alleged earnings management, contract compliance, theft and misappropriation of assets, conflict of interest issues, etc. Other engagements have been undertaken to assess compliance with stated corporate policies and standards of acceptable behavior. Typically, these investigations require the assessment of the scheme relative to the fraud / misstatement, the quantification of losses / diverted funds, and the identification of responsible parties.  Graham also has an extensive background in business valuations, the quantification of damages, and other financial investigations. Graham has provided testimony to the SEC and has appeared as an expert witness before the Ontario Court (General Division) and the Ontario Municipal Board.
