Grace is a Partner in the Deloitte Washington National Tax Practice.  Grace serves a diverse array of clients by providing consultation and advisory services with respect to domestic and international compensation, benefits, rewards, and cross-border issues. Key areas of experience include: mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions; executive compensation arrangements; equity-based compensation plans; employment taxes and payroll; qualified and nonqualified retirement plans; income tax accounting for share-based payments; health and welfare plans and funding arrangements; and related corporate tax implications.

Grace received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Georgia and a Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University. Grace is a Certified Public Accountant.  

Grace speaks frequently on compensation and benefits tax matters, along with issues involving mergers and acquisitions.  She serves as a member of the Policy Board of Directors of the American Benefits Council.
