Glenn Hendrix is the managing partner of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, with offices in Atlanta and Washington D.C. His practice is focused on commercial and administrative dispute resolution, including international litigation and arbitration. He has served as an arbitrator or counsel in international arbitration proceedings administered by the ICC, ICDR, MKAS, the SCC and other arbitral institutions and is also experienced in litigation ancillary to such proceedings, including actions for emergency relief, proceedings to enforce arbitral agreements and awards, and petitions for evidence under 28 U.S.C. § 1782.

Glenn is a member of the Executive Committee of the American Society of International Law (ASIL). He is also active in the American Bar Association, presently serving as the ABA’s representative to the U.S. State Department's Advisory Committee on International Law, which brings together 20 leading international law professors, practitioners and policymakers to provide advice to the State Department on significant international law issues, as the Immediate Past Chair of the ABA's Task Force on International Trade in Legal Services, and as a member of the ABA’s House of Delegates, which establishes ABA policy. He is also a past Chair of the ABA’s Section of International Law and continues to serve on that Section’s Council. Glenn served as a private sector advisor on U.S. State Department delegations to The Hague (Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions) and Moscow (bilateral discussions concerning Russia's implementation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions). He is a member of the Joint Editorial Board for International Law of the Uniform Law Commission (formerly the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws) and the founding president of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society.

Glenn has authored numerous pieces on international commercial dispute resolution issues, including chapters appearing in International Commercial Arbitration Practice in the 21st Century, International Litigation Strategies & Practice Private Law, Private International Law & Judicial Cooperation in the EU-US Relationship, Assessing the Value of Law in Transition Economies, Legal Guide to Doing Business in Russia & the Former Republics of the USSR, and The Corporate Counsel’s Guide to Doing Business in Russia, as well as articles appearing in The International Lawyer, East/West Executive Guide and other publications.

Glenn was born in England and holds dual US-British citizenship. He graduated from New College (B.A.) and Emory University School of Law (J.D., With Distinction, Order of the Coif).
