Glenn G. Wolcott

Glenn Wolcott is a Deputy Assistant General Counsel with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), and is currently responsible for handling a variety of bid protests challenging various procurement decisions throughout the federal government.

Before earning his Juris Doctor degree from Catholic University in 1985, Mr. Wolcott was an auditor with GAO.  After graduating from law school, he joined a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. area, returning to GAO’s Office of General Counsel in 1991.  He was Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Bid Protest Committee for several years, has authored various articles, and is a frequent speaker on government contracts issues.
