Glenn is a managing director in the Partnership Tax Business Line of Grant Thornton LLP’s Arlington VA office. From 2015-2017, Glenn served as special counsel to the IRS Associate Chief Counsel - Pass-thrus and Special Industries.  In a previous life, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen from 1993-2002 and at Ernst and Young from 2002-2014.  Glenn also teaches partnership tax at The Georgetown University Law Center and the Villanova School of Law.  Glenn obtained his bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in 1978 and a JD from Temple University School of Law in 1981.  He has practiced in Dallas, Los Angeles and Washington DC, and is a member of the Texas State Bar and a CPA in Washington DC.
