GERALDINE N. TORTORELLA is a partner in the White Plains, New York law firm of Hocherman Tortorella & Wekstein, LLP. She specializes in land use, zoning and environmental law, and has handled numerous complex litigation matters related thereto on both the trial and appellate levels. She appears regularly before municipal agencies and boards seeking land use approvals and environmental permits, and has lectured and/or written articles regarding various zoning, environmental law, property rights, and constitutional issues for the Practising Law Institute, the Municipal and Environmental Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, and the Municipal Law Resource Center of Pace University.
