Mr. Joseph is among the country's most celebrated authorities in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and offerings of equity and debt.  He began his career in 1963 at E. F. Hutton, then joined Shearson Hammill's corporate finance department in 1970, and was later promoted to chief operating officer. He joined Drexel Burnham in 1974 to co-manage that firm's corporate finance department, then became chief executive officer in May 1985 until mid-1990.  In January 1994 he became chairman of Clovebrook Capital Corp., an investment banking consulting firm, then in May 1998 unitl May 2001 was a senior advisor and managing director of ING Barings LLC, specializing in corporate finance, and merger and acquisition advice. He received an AB from Harvard College in 1959 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1963, and served as a U.S. Navy line officer after college.
