Jessica Nall is a partner at Farella Braun + Martel and chairs its White Collar Crime and Corporate Investigations Practice.

Ms. Nall has conducted a multitude of internal investigations for corporate clients, Boards of Directors, and Special Committees, including in the areas of suspected financial reporting violations, environmental enforcement violations, False Claims Act violations, insider trading, stock option backdating, and many other areas. Ms. Nall also represents individual executives and companies facing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and enforcement actions, Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations and prosecutions, and related civil actions in a wide range of matters including insider trading, mortgage fraud, tax crimes, environmental crimes, FCPA violations, off-label marketing of pharmaceuticals, and all types of financial fraud.

Ms. Nall is a veteran of U.S. Department of Justice criminal antitrust investigations and prosecutions, defending individuals (including Korean and Japanese nationals) and entities against allegations of collusion in the markets for Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT), Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD), Optical Disk Drives (ODD), various auto parts industries, and the California real estate industry, as well as investigations in the military restraints and air cargo industries.

She has also practiced on both the defense and prosecution sides in criminal and code enforcement actions in California state court, including trying a number of criminal jury trials to verdict during her service as a volunteer trial attorney for the Marin County District Attorneys Office in 2009.

Ms. Nall was named among the "Top 40 Under 40" by the San Francisco Business Times (2013), the "Women Leaders in Law" in California by The Recorder (2012) and as one of the "Top 20 Under 40" attorneys in California by the Daily Journal (2010). She has been listed among both the Northern California Rising Stars (2009 - 2012) and Super Lawyers (2013) in the area of White Collar Crime.
