Professional Experience

Mr. Liang graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Electrical Engineering and Automation. He joined Jiaquan in 2010, and has been providing domestic and international clients IP counseling in patent prosecution, infringement litigation, and portfolio management in a wide variety of fields including electrical engineering, computer software and hardware, sensors, microelectronics, and photoelectronics.
