Eva Lehman serves as Vice President, Litigation and Chief Compliance Officer for Western Digital Corporation.  Ms. Lehman is responsible for oversight and management of Western Digital’s litigation globally, including commercial, trade secrets, consumer, insurance and intellectual property litigation.  Ms. Lehman also serves as Western Digital’s Chief Compliance Officer.  As Western Digital’s Chief Compliance Officer, Ms. Lehman holds responsibility for developing and managing Western Digital’s global Ethics & Compliance Program.  Ms. Lehman has been instrumental in developing and managing Western Digital’s Ethics & Compliance Program, including developing an Ethics & Compliance charter, benchmarking the program, conducting global risk assessments, developing the program plan, hiring ethics & compliance personnel, and reporting regularly to Western Digital’s Audit Committee and Board of Directors.  Ms. Lehman manages Western Digital’s Ethics & Compliance team, which is responsible for the development, implementation, and regular updating of ethics & compliance policies and procedures, management of the compliance training program, development of corporate ethics & compliance communications, management of Western Digital’s anti-bribery, data privacy, IP compliance, trade compliance and competition programs, and management of other key compliance risk programs.  Ms. Lehman also oversees Western Digital’s ethics hotline, where over 85,000 employees globally may report concerns anonymously, as well as its internal investigations function.  Prior to joining Western Digital in 2010, Ms. Lehman was a founding partner of Walraven & Lehman LLP (now Walraven & Westerfeld LLP) and Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP
