In her legal practice Eva Knipschild engages in all aspects of employment law. She advises and litigates in matters concerning (collective) redundancy, the position of directors, reorganizations and acquisitions and employee participation law. She takes a special interest in the rights and obligations in flexible employment relations and in outsourcing/transfers of undertaking.

Eva is also an NMI-registered mediator in the field of employment and employee participation law. In recent years, she has handled various mediations, including individual and collective employment-law issues and disputes in the field of employee participation. In June 2013 the second edition of the book ‘Arbeidsrecht en mediation’ (dutch) (Employment Law and Mediation) (SDU 2013) was published. As a co-author, Eva edited the first edition from 2007 into a fully updated book that contains all information needed by attorneys and others to guide mediations in employment-law matters. Apart from her work as an attorney and mediator, Eva is editor of the employment case law journal JAR (dutch) and Tijdschrift voor de Arbeidspraktijk (TAP). Eva is also a lecturer, inter alia with JAR Verklaard, and she teaches the course Specialization Employment Mediation. Eva is a member of, inter alia, Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) (dutch) (Dutch Association of Employment Law Attorneys), Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam (VAAA) (Amsterdam Association of Employment Law Attorneys) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
