Overview

Why You Should Attend

There are a variety of unique legal ethics issues particular to corporate lawyers.  Many legal ethics rules and concepts, such as conflicts of interest, the attorney-client privilege, disclosure obligations, multijurisdictional practice, multiple representation and client communications are all complicated when representing a corporate entity. 

Our faculty includes experienced attorneys who have a complete understanding of the newest and evergreen ethics issues relevant to corporate lawyers.  They will address the bar’s accepted conventional wisdom on major legal ethics matters and expose some of the inconsistencies that have yet to be resolved.
