Erin Correale is a Compliance Director leading the advisory teams for institutional wealth management, cross border and marketing compliance at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. In previous roles, she has overseen the global coordination of the Compliance program of the Private Bank and for eleven years served as in-house counsel for UBS Wealth Management Americas, advising on SRO and SEC regulation and as a litigation counsel. She has been admitted to practice in New York State since 2001.

Prior to UBS, Erin worked as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Securities Enforcement, Compliance and Litigation Client Service Groups at Bryan Cave LLP in New York City. Erin graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Legal Studies, summa cum laude, and earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude and was awarded Order of the Coif.

While at UBS, Erin established the UBS Wealth Management Americas Pro Bono Legal Program, formalizing internal support of and opportunities for legal pro bono activities for department employees, managing all aspects of program communications, project training, matter tracking, policy and procedure development, participant engagement, strategic planning and program development. Erin has served on the Board of Directors of Sanctuary for Families for four years, currently as an officer and a member of the Executive Committee.

In addition to her work with Sanctuary, Erin is an affiliate member of the NYC Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Legal Services Committee and she regularly volunteers as a pro bono attorney. Erin previously served on the New York City Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee as a Survivor Representative.
