Eric J. Huang is an associate in the Litigation Department of Foley Hoag LLP’s Boston office. His practice includes representing clients in patent litigation and intellectual property matters involving various technologies, including biotechnology products and integrated circuits. He also represents clients in product liability matters and in construction disputes among owners, contractors, subcontractors, and architects involving a range of commercial projects. In addition, Mr. Huang maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representing tenants in eviction and related housing disputes. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Duke University, and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was Notes Editor of The North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology.
