The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) is the most significant tax reform in more than thirty years.  Please join Thomas M. Cryan, Jr. and William Hays Weissman of Littler Mendelson P.C. as they provide an analysis of the provisions of TCJA that impact employers the most, including:
  • Deductions of entertainment expenses
  • Supplemental income tax withholding rules
  • Deductions and exclusions of several popular fringe benefits
  • Paid family and medical leave tax credit
  • Deductions of sexual harassment claims and cases involving government fines
