Elke Rehbock is an attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Chicago.  She focuses on the negotiation and documentation of project finance, structured finance and other secured lending transactions. Representative transactions include finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure such as secured and unsecured working capital financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, securitizations and restructurings. In these transactions Ms. Rehbock represents corporate borrowers and issuers as well as lending clients including public and private corporations, banks, commercial finance institutions and private equity funds.  She is an Adjunct Professor at DePaul College of Law in Chicago where she teaches "Anatomy of a Deal: From Inception to Closing" and she has been a Berger Speaker lecturing on "International Project Finance: A Contractual Framework" at Cornell Law School since 2007.
