Elizabeth MacDonald is a Senior Supervisory Financial Analyst in the Capital and Regulatory Policy section in Banking Supervision at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.  Ms. MacDonald has particular experience with Basel III, Section 165/166 under the Dodd-Frank Act, and systemic stability.  Prior to joining the Board, Ms. MacDonald served as an attorney adviser in the Office of Small Business Lending Fund Oversight at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as general counsel of the Congressional Oversight Panel overseeing TARP, and as a special counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Ms. MacDonald holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
