Drew Fields has spent over two decades either working for a member of Congress or representing a wide range of clients with interests before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies. He spent seven years as a member of Senator Jay Rockefeller’s legislative staff, where he was responsible for all issues before the Senate Commerce Committee. In 1998, Drew became Executive Director for Congressional Affairs for US WEST and remained as part of the new congressional affairs team after the company was purchased by Qwest Communications. At Qwest, Drew both represented the company before congress on all legislative issues and advocated before the FCC on issues relating to Universal Service and the E-Rate. He joined Mercury Strategies as a principal partner in January of 2007. Drew holds a B.A. in Journalism from Ohio University.
