Dr. Stephan Wilske, Maître en Droit, LL.M., born 1962. Universities of Tübingen, Aix-en-Provence / France and Chicago / USA (Casper Platt Award 1996). Admitted in Germany (1997), New York (1997), to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit (2007) and the U.S. Supreme Court (2009). With the Stuttgart office since 1997. Dr. iur. 1998.

Member: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), American Bar Association (ABA), New York State Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA), American Society of International Law (ASIL), German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV). Since 1999, international advisor to the Korean Institute of Technology and the Law (KITAL). Since 2006, lecturer on international arbitration at Speyer University and since 2008 at Heidelberg University. Advisory Committee Member of the Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA). Senior Committee Member of the Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal and International Correspondent (Germany) of Revista Român? de Arbitraj (Romanian Arbitration Review).
