Douglas L. Getter, head of Dechert’s corporate practice in the United Kingdom, has extensive experience in U.S. and non-U.S. M&A transactions, private placements and public offerings and joint ventures representing purchasers, sellers, issuers, financial advisors, underwriters, placement agents and depositaries and works regularly with major private equity houses and hedge funds.

The Legal 500 UK 2012 describes Mr. Getter as “a dedicated leader and, more importantly, an experienced professional with unquestionable commitment to ethical values and service”.
