The emergence of the Over-the-top (OTT) content distribution models, where audio, video and other media are transmitted digitally via the Internet without the involvement of traditional cable, broadcast or satellite distributors, has open up an entirely new approach to content licensing. This panel will review the licensing practices that one must employ to effectively structure deals to maximize both the publisher and distributor’s returns from OTT distribution arrangements.
