This session will offer tips on discovery, discovery motions, and preparing to move for or defend against summary judgment. The faculty will also discuss pro bono trial and settlement questions such as; how do you set up your case for trial and what do trial lawyers look for when representing plaintiff or defendant. The discussion will draw from examples in consumer cases.
