Dina Wiesen is a senior manager in the Passthroughs group in the National Tax Office of Deloitte Tax LLP.  Dina specializes in partnership taxation, specifically the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.

Dina joined Deloitte Tax LLP from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP where she was an associate in the Tax Department, focusing on matters relating to the taxation of financial instruments and derivatives.

Dina received her B.A., summa cum laude in English Literature, from the University of Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law.  Dina is a member of the Tax Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and she is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
