Diana Newmark is a Skadden Fellow and Staff Attorney in The Kathryn A. McDonald Education Advocacy Project (EAP) at The Legal Aid Society.  Diana received a law degree cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2013.  During law school, Diana was Co-Chair of the Education Law and Policy Society and a student advocate with the Suspension Representation Project. Additionally, she served as the founding Web Editor of the N.Y.U. Review of Law and Social Change.  Before attending law school, Diana taught special education for four years in the Bronx.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Childhood and Childhood Special Education from Pace University.
