Experience
Dena Cruz, Senior Counsel in HRO’s San Francisco office, joined the Real Estate, Development, Land Use and Finance Practice Group in 2008. Ms. Cruz focuses her practice on general commercial real estate, leasing and secured transactions. She has extensive experience in litigation, insurance disputes, UCC Article 9, and transactional real estate matters. Prior to joining HRO, Ms. Cruz was in-house counsel in the commercial division of First American Title Insurance Company. While at First American, her experience included underwriting and supervision of outside counsel on real estate litigation matters, as well as underwriting and marketing of
commercial property and international products.
