After graduating from Stanford University, Deborah got her JD from St John’s Law School. She then worked at Legal Aid, Juvenile Rights Division where she represented children on Custody/visitation, delinquencies, neglects, and PINS cases. Deborah then went into the world of private business where she was a human resource manager/director for many years.

 In 2003, Deborah returned to her true passion: representing children in family court.She is currently the Co-Director of the Bronx Office of The Children’s Law Center.
