Dawn Young has nearly eight years' experience in the area of compliance and ethics and is currently Senior Manager, Compliance and Ethics for Molex Incorporated in Lisle, IL where she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company's global compliance and ethics program.  Ms. Young advises leaders and employees regarding the Molex Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, manages the Molex Integrity Line, investigations and anti-corruption program, develops compliance and ethics training and communications, and leads the company's Integrity Committees. Ms. Young also has international experience further developing Molex's program in Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining Molex, Ms. Young was Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance for ATK - Alliant Techsystems, Inc., an aerospace and defense contractor, in Minneapolis, MN where she was the company's Principal Representative for the Defense Industry Initiative (DII) and the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association (ECOA). Ms. Young was also the Compliance Manager for Journal Communications, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, and she has experience in healthcare compliance and five years' experience in eBusiness and privacy compliance. 

Ms. Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Relations with a concentration in International Business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1993 and a Master of Science degree in Management of eBusiness from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2005 and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, International Honor Society. Ms. Young is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and is among the first class to receive the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification in 2006.
