David is a partner in the firm of Klein & Klein, P.C., He is a past President of the Rockland County Bar Association. The quality of his work and his integrity have been recognized. David is a recipient of the following awards from the Rockland County Bar Association: 1) The Joseph Balsamo Award in 2010, given to an attorney who earned the respect of the bar and public for personal and professional contributions, 2) The Sterns Award in 2009 for significant contributions to the Bar Association and the people of Rockland County. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the New York State Bar Association (currently a delegate to the New York State Bar Association, the Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections of the State Association), and the Rockland County Bar Association (a member of the Real Estate and Trust and Estate Committees of that association) David was one of the founders of Meals On Wheels of Rockland County. He is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of the United Hospice of Rockland County and is a Consulting Attorney for the Rockland County Office of the Aging. He is a graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School and a winner of the Charles S. Desmond moot court competition. David has regularly lectured to bar association groups and community groups on estate planning, administration and elder law. He is a lecturer at New York State Teacher's Retirement Systems.
