Mr. Lesht's legal practice has involved a broad range of intellectual property legal matters.  He has analyzed, prepared, filed and prosecuted numerous patent applications involving the mechanical and chemical arts.  Further, he has supervised and aided other attorneys in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a diverse range of technologies.  As a trial lawyer, he has represented inventors, start-ups and companies in many patent infringement actions involving the mechanical and chemical arts.  While most of these litigations were settled amicably prior to actual trial, virtually all of them involved issues related to claim construction.
