David is a law professor at the University of Richmond.  He teaches bankruptcy and other subjects.

David received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a LL.B. degree from the University of Texas. Prior to moving to the University of Richmond, David taught at several different law schools and practiced bankruptcy law with several different law firms.  David also does bar review lectures on Contracts in New York and other states.

David has participated in Practising Law Institute programs for a number of years.
