David Cohen is in-house fiduciary counsel with Evercore Trust Company, N.A., a pre-eminent institutional independent fiduciary. He provides advice and guidance on a broad range of ERISA matters relating to all aspects of Evercore Trust Company's business, including among other things prohibited transaction issues, ERISA disclosure obligations, trustee and investment management duties, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Cohen is an active member of the American Bar Association, and regularly speaks and writes on a variety of ERISA-related topics.
