Ms. Vorachek counsels and represents employees in a wide variety of employment-related legal issues. She has advised employees of small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies on the various workplace issues they confront.  Her practice encompasses a wide range of issues, including breach of contract, discrimination and harassment, and restrictive covenants.  She has successfully mediated and tried a number of cases in federal and state forums.

Based on peer surveys, Ms. Vorachek has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer review rating (AV) and has been named among the Best Lawyers in America, Leading Lawyers, and Illinois SuperLawyers.                  

Ms. Vorachek is a member of the American Bar Association and a past Chair of its Employment Rights & Responsibilities Committee.  She was also elected to the prestigious College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.  She is a frequent speaker and published author on employment law topics.  She is often engaged by employers for neutral workplace investigations.
